Our Recommendations.

For the majority of adults today, we grew up in a world where children were only supposed to be seen and not heard, anything related to mental health was rooted in stigma and there was certainly no reference to it during our years in school. Thankfully this is changing (slowly) and it is never too late to start investing in yourself and your mental health. Our advice is to be where you are now. We hope the resources below will be a starting point for you.
