BeWell-DoWell have developed a preventative and accessible model for prioritising well-being and mental fitness in the whole club community. The sessions provide clubs with practical and evidenced-based strategies and a comprehensive list of resources for further support.
BeWell-DoWell outline how small changes can have a significant impact in building a strong social and emotional foundation for all.
These workshops also support the aims of GAA Healthy Club project“to support the holistic health of their members and the communities they serve.”
