MENTAL FITNESS FOR ALL
Having developed our programme with students, teachers and parents in mind the overall feedback from the adults whom have attended has been, that this content is as applicable to adults as it is to children.
The programme is suitable for everyone and as one participant said “There isn’t a person who wouldn’t benefit.”

Since 2017 BeWell-DoWell have been working with schools and organisations in prioritising mental health through the delivery of tailored education and training. We have also worked with the School Completion Programme (funded by TUSLA), the I.N.TO., Foras na Gaeilge, the GAA and community organisations. Our experience has shown us the value of common language and knowledge in the area of mental health.
